  • Rebecca Grady headshot

    Rebecca Grady

Balance Body Comprehensive Mat and Reformer Instructor

Rebecca is a Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor. She started her Pilates Reformer Instructor training in 2017 after a life-changing experience and feels it is a gift and responsibility to spread the power of Pilates to transform your body and allow you to reach your full potential. She believes when you find balance, everything falls into place, and Pilates is the perfect tool to give you balance in your life and sport. She is a mother of three and enjoys all forms of exercise, particularly golf and running 10Ks with her husband and friends when she isn’t doing Pilates.

Rebecca’s journey to being a Pilates instructor started with fellow Bull Dawg instructor Linda Wirtz. Rebecca met Linda in 2009 and credits her ability to drop 15-35 minutes per marathon from her finishing times with her weekly to bi-weekly Pilates Reformer classes. However, after she ran the Boston Marathon, Rebecca struggled with autoimmune issues that caused a significant loss of function in her legs and left side, so she returned to working with Linda and, within three weeks, was able to run again.
